CELTIC continued their impressive form in the Europa League with a comprehensive 5-1 victory over S Bratislava at Celtic Park on Thursday night.
The Hoops were in control from the off and took the lead after just seven minutes when Liel Abada fired home from close range.
Celtic doubled their advantage midway through the first half when Reo Hatate curled a superb effort into the top corner.
Matt O'Riley made it 3-0 just before the break with a well-taken strike, and the Hoops continued to dominate after the restart.
Kyogo Furuhashi made it 4-0 with a close-range finish, and Daizen Maeda added a fifth late on.
S Bratislava pulled a goal back through Erik Grendel, but it was nothing more than a consolation.
The win takes Celtic top of Group G with two wins from two, scoring an impressive nine goals without conceding.
Speaking after the match, Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou said: "I'm very pleased with the performance. We were dominant from start to finish and created a lot of chances.
"It's important to keep winning in Europe and we're now in a strong position in the group."
